1992年3月4日、神奈川県鎌倉市生まれ。小学校4年生からバレーボールを始め、2010年1月にNECレッドロケッツ（現・NECレッドロケッツ川崎）内定選手として加入。2012年にはV・サマーリーグの2連覇に大きく貢献しMVPにも選出された。2013年、全日本女子メンバーに初選出され、同年10月には日本代表として第1回世界U23女子バレーボール選手権で銅メダルを獲得。2016年、リオデジャネイロオリンピックに出場。2021年には、Vリーグで「Vリーグ栄誉賞」「スパイク賞」「ベスト6」を受賞した。2021年には、日本代表としてネーションズリーグ、東京2020オリンピックに出場。2022年、2025年と世界選手権にも出場した。2025年に韓国Vリーグのペッパー貯金銀行AIペッパーズへ移籍。FIVBの公式エージェントであるTeam Cube Agencyに所属している。座右の銘は「自分らしく」。

Born in Kanagawa, Japan on March 4, 1992. she started volleyball in the fourth grade of elementary school. Joined NEC Red Rockets Kawasaki as a designated player in January 2010. In 2012, she contributed significantly to the team's back-to-back V Summer League championships and was selected as MVP. In 2013, she earned her first call-up to the Japan Women's National Team. That October, she won a bronze medal at the inaugural FIVB U23 Women's Volleyball World Championship as a member of the Japanese national team. She competed at the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympics. In 2021, she received the V.League Honor Award, the Spike Award, and was named to the Best 6 in the V.League. In 2021, she competed for Japan in the Nations League and the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. She also participated in the World Championships in 2022 and 2025. In 2025, she transferred to the Pepper Savings Bank AI PEPPERS of the Korean V-League. Her FIVB official agent is Team Cube Agency.
